Return Policy

Instructions for Returns and Exchanges:
  1. Under normal circumstances, we do not accept any requests for exchange, refund, or order cancellation.
  2. Online store returns or exchanges should be handled by email. Retail stores will not process returns or exchanges related to online orders.
  3. If the goods you receive are damaged during shipping, please contact us by email within three days of receiving the goods and provide your "name", "order number", "contact number", "returned goods name", "reason for return" and "photos". If you request an exchange, we will process it for you within seven days upon received all informations.
  4. Before accepting an exchange, the original receipt or related electronic receipt needs to be presented.
  5. Goods that have been opened, used, or damaged due to personal reasons cannot be returned or exchanged. Please keep the complete packaging (including certificates, accessories, etc.) and ensure that all packaging is returned in intact condition. If any of the above items are damaged or missing, we may refuse an exchange or refund at our sole discretion.
  6. Only one return is allowed per order.
  7. General product defects, such as manual asymmetry, slight scratches on the surface of the car body or plastic box, damage to the outer box or packaging, glue stains, or stains no larger than 5% of the product volume, cannot be used as grounds for return or exchange.
  8. No returns or exchanges will be accepted for orders placed outside of Hong Kong.
  9. If we find that the same customer has placed orders multiple times and exceeded the limited quantity of purchased goods, once confirmed, the order will be cancelled, and all payment fees incurred will be borne by the customer.
Refund Instructions:
  1. After we receive and review the returned goods, we will notify you of the refund progress as soon as possible. If a refund is accepted, we will refund the money to you according to the payment method selected when purchasing the goods.
  2. The processing time required for refunds will vary depending on each channel. Please note that postage or delivery charges are not refundable.
